Moldova Restaurant is actively seeking for individuals who like to work as a team. Proven ability to develop team to maintain standards, be open to new ideas and have good organization and time management skills needed. Must take pride in professional appearance and have high standards on food production/presentation.
The Line Cooks take directions from the Chef and Lead Cook, but are also responsible to the General Manager, and are responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Prepares meals in accordance with planned menus
- Prepares food in accordance with sanitary regulations
- Ensures safety regulations and precautions are followed at all times
- Assists to maintain cleanliness of food storage area
- Ensures food and supplies are readily available
- On-time set-up and daily opening
- Must be ServSafe Certified (Non certified cooks still encouraged to apply)
- Allergen Awareness Certification preferred
