Adult Day Health Center
We are looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant (35 hours a week) to handle a wide range of administrative and clerical duties.
This position is not for everyone, but it's a great job for the right person. Candidate must come to the job already knowing how to provide a small office support for busy Center.
This position is for someone who can keep a lot of balls in the air.
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
Detail oriented -- this is not a job for someone who skims over details.
Self-directed, brings a sense of urgency and takes ownership of tasks and initiatives.
Requirements
Administrative experience
Proficiency if MS Office, MS Excel, Word, overall computer skills, ability to Multi-task, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, client friendly personality and adaptive to changing priorities. Exceptional and approach with a pro-active attitude. This Job is for someone who loves and respect elderly and knows how to have fun while working hard.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Answering phones, filing, faxing, copying documents (attention to detail is important as documentation is an important part of the job). Providing administrative support to participants of the center and reporting to Program Director.
