We are looking for driven individuals to join our team as a Visual Merchandiser!

Visual Merchandiser General Objectives:

Our company is growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Professional who wants to be part of a dynamic fast-paced team.
At Bulbs and Lamps our Visual Merchandiser will implement visual merchandising displays and fixture presentations and work with price tags. Maintain appropriate floor, walls and ceiling displays, in accordance with the current guidelines.
You will be involved in creating the best lighting showrooms in NE.

Visual Merchandiser Requirements:

• Develop and execute multiple versions of floor, ceiling and walls sets, visual presentation standards, and develop best practices in alignment with brand and company standards.
• Collaborates with Business Development management for overall visual strategy.
• Set-up, maintain, and remove displays based on store leadership, advertising trends and consistent customer experience.
• Partner with store management on key visual merchandising decisions that have an impact on store workload and sales.
• Set and maintain lighting to highlight merchandise and displays, per company standard.
• Evaluate and analyze the success of the merchandising plan with regard to sales, implementing changes as needed.
• Work with price tags.
• Collaborate, prioritize and communicate any price or layout changes as directed.
• Arrange ticketing and signage to enhance presentation of merchandise while reflecting advertising, promotional opportunities, and customer engagement.
