I am looking for an experienced caregiver to care for an 87 yo woman in Carlisle, MA 12 hour shifts, 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am rotating days. This woman has been recently discharged from the hospital and will need help with ADL's, meal prep, assistance walking with a walker, transfers, medications and daily exercises to regain strength from her recent hospitalization.
