Looking For A Caregiver For An Elderly Gentleman With Dementia

Qualifications: Applicants must have an abundance of patience and a good sense of humor, be able to speak English, and strong enough to lift a 125lb man. Applicants will be expected to do light housework, to handle laundry, to make the patient’s bed, and to cook for the patient. Women applicants will be considered, but the patient does better with male caregivers. Applicants must commit to a minimum of 5 days a week 9:30AM to 8:00PM. Though the patient is asleep much of the day, he wakes up between 9 and 1pm and goes to bed between 8 and 9pm and only eats two meals a day. He must be bathed every other day.
Salary commensurate with experience.
