Office manager
We are currently seeking a well-organized, detail-oriented professional to fill our customer service/Administrative Assistant position. The ideal candidate will enjoy interacting with online Customers in a professional manner to build and maintain positive experience, while providing support to the other office team members. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (additional responsibilities as assigned)
• Respond to escalated customer support issues (via email, messaging systems, phone)
• Implementing customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction
• Create, track and maintain claims and cases
• Must be self-motivated and able to meet deadlines under pressure (all customers’ messages have to be answered within 20-hour time frame)
• Give and receive feedback, be willing to learn, embrace continuous improvement
• Take on additional tasks as time allows and as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
• Must be authorized to work within the U.S.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of good telephone etiquette technique required
• Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
• MS Office Suite experience
• Must have the ability to work as part of a team, as well as to work independently
• 2 years of office experience (Preferred)
• Bilingual preferred (Russian)
Job type: Full-time - 40 hours a week (32 office hours during the week; 8 hours remotely)
