Non-emergency medical transportation driver

- from $17/hr, +bonus

Requirements:
- Valid US driver's license for at least 3 years
- Good driving record
- No criminal record
- Must be willing to drive long-distance and perform early morning trips
- Punctual and reliable

Responsibilities:
- transporting patients to/ from medical appointments on company's vehicle
- maintaining daily trip sheets
- keeping vehicle safe and clean
